The waste truck enters the unloading hall after being automatically weighed by the weighbridge, and discharges the waste into the waste bin through the designated unloading door.
The grab crane above the waste bin grabs the waste into the incinerator for incineration.
Domestic waste is dried, burned, and burned out on a three-stage grate.
The high-temperature flue gas produced by waste incineration is recovered by the waste heat boiler above the incinerator and produces high-temperature steam, which is then led to the turbine generator workshop for power generation.
The flue gas discharged from the waste heat boiler enters the flue gas purification treatment system, and is discharged through the chimney after denitrification, deacidification, dust removal, dioxin removal, and heavy metal removal.

The fly ash remaining after the flue gas purification is first stabilized, and then transported to the special area for landfill.

Technological Innovation

Incineration Equipment and Automation Control

SUS mechanical grate has a unique three-stage design which consists of modulation, moving forward and drop wall. This design has the advantages of stable operation, less pollutants, and low slag heat reduction rate. SUS continuously develops towards large-scale and high-calorific value, and constantly refreshes the industry's single-furnace scale record. SUS grate and automatic control system assembly base is a key project supported by the National Development and Reform Commission.

Leachate Treatment

The leachate treatment system, independently developed by SUS, adopts multiple high-tech processes such as pretreatment, anaerobic fermentation, membrane bioreactor, nanofiltration and reverse osmosis. The odor, biogas and sludge generated in the process are sent to the incinerator, and the treated reclaimed water is added to the cooling circulation system of the power plant for utilization, realizing zero discharge and full reuse of leachate.

Flue Gas Purification

Adopting "selective non-catalytic reduction denitrification + semi-dry method (lime slurry) + dry method (slaked lime) + activated carbon adsorption + bag filter + selective catalytic reduction denitrification + wet scrubber + flue gas heating" combined process. The purified flue gas not only meets the national standard (GB18485-2014) but is far superior to the stringent EU emission standards (2010/75/EU).

Fly Ash Treatment

The self-developed heavy metal chelating agents "Fulaixi" and "Fuanjia" can firmly lock the harmful substances in the fly ash, and the treated fly ash meets the national standard (GB16889-2008) and meets the conditions for safe landfill.
